本プライバシーポリシーは、Siliconnect（以下「本アプリ」）における、利用者の情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。本アプリは、Kosei Takahashi（以下「開発者」）が提供するiOS/iPadOSアプリケーションです。本アプリをご利用いただく前に、本ポリシーをよくお読みください。
開発者は、お客様の個人情報（氏名、メールアドレス、位置情報等）を収集しません。
本アプリは、広告を表示するために、Google LLCが提供する広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用しています。AdMobは、広告の配信・効果測定・不正防止のために、次の情報を取得することがあります。
これらの情報はGoogleに直接送信され、開発者が受け取ることはありません。Googleによる情報の取り扱いについては、以下をご確認ください。
これらの情報は、個人情報の保護に関する法律に定める「個人関連情報」に該当する場合があります。
ヒントの一部は、任意で広告を視聴していただくことでご利用いただけます。広告の視聴は必須ではありません。
本アプリは、初回起動時にApp Tracking Transparencyにより、トラッキングの許可をお尋ねします。許可されなかった場合も広告は表示されますが、お客様の興味に合わせた広告（パーソナライズド広告）にはなりません。
許可の設定は、端末の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。
本アプリはEU/EEA・英国では配信していませんが、これらの地域にお住まいの方には、一般データ保護規則（GDPR）等に基づき、以下の権利があります。
同意が必要な地域で本アプリをご利用になる場合は、広告のための情報の利用について同意を求めるフォームが表示されることがあります。その場合、同意は本アプリの設定画面にある「プライバシー設定」からいつでも変更・撤回できます。開発者は個人データを保有していないため、開発者に対する権利行使の対象となるデータはありません。広告のためにGoogleが取得した情報については、上記のGoogleのページからお手続きいただけます。
カリフォルニア州などの州法では、パーソナライズド広告のための情報の提供が、個人情報の「販売」または「共有」にあたる場合があります。該当する地域では、本アプリの設定画面にある「プライバシー設定」から、これを拒否（オプトアウト）できます。あわせて、上記のトラッキングの許可を取り消すこともできます。
開発者はお客様の個人情報を保有していないため、開示・訂正・削除の対象となる情報はありません。広告のためにGoogleが取得した情報については、上記のGoogleのページからお手続きいただけます。
本アプリは、13歳未満のお子様を対象としたものではありません。開発者は、13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。広告は子ども向けではない設定で配信し、広告の内容は保護者の指導が望ましい程度（PG）までに制限しています。
本プライバシーポリシーは、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページにて通知いたします。

This Privacy Policy describes how Siliconnect ("the App"), an iOS/iPadOS application provided by Kosei Takahashi ("the Developer"), handles user information. Please read this policy carefully before using the App.
The Developer does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or location.
The App uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC, to show ads. To deliver ads, measure their performance, and prevent fraud, AdMob may collect:

Some hints are available by optionally watching an ad. Watching ads is never required.
On first launch, the App asks for permission to track through App Tracking Transparency. If you decline, ads are still shown, but they are not personalized to your interests.
You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
The App is not distributed in the EU/EEA or the UK. If you reside in these regions, however, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar laws:
If you use the App in a region where consent is required, a form may ask for your consent to the use of information for advertising. In that case, you can change or withdraw your consent at any time from "Privacy Settings" in the App's settings screen. Because the Developer holds no personal data about you, there is no data held by the Developer to which these rights apply. For information collected by Google for advertising, please use the Google pages listed above.
Under the laws of California and some other states, sharing information for personalized advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Where this applies, you can opt out from "Privacy Settings" in the App's settings screen. You can also withdraw tracking permission as described above.
Because the Developer holds no personal information about you, there is no information to access, correct, or delete. For information collected by Google for advertising, please use the Google pages listed above.
The App is not directed to children under 13. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Ads are requested as not child-directed, and ad content is limited to the PG (parental guidance) level.
This Privacy Policy may be updated as necessary. Significant changes will be communicated on this page.
