PromptStorage

Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how PromptStorage ("the App"), an iOS/iPadOS application provided by Kosei Takahashi ("the Developer"), handles user information. Please read this policy carefully before using the App.

Data Collection

The App does not collect any personal data from its users.

• The App does not require user registration
• The App does not display advertisements
• The App does not use analytics tools
• The App does not track user behavior

Data Storage

Prompt data created within the App is stored solely on your device and in your own iCloud account. No data is transmitted to external servers.

• On-device (Local): All data is stored on your device
• iCloud (Optional): When iCloud sync is enabled, data is synchronized across devices through Apple's iCloud service. Synced data is stored in an encrypted state within your iCloud account

The Developer does not have access to your iCloud data. iCloud sync operates automatically based on your iCloud settings.

In-App Purchases

The App offers a Pro version as a one-time in-app purchase.

• Payment processing is handled securely through Apple's StoreKit.
• The Developer does not have access to your payment information.
• Purchase history is linked to your Apple ID and can be restored at any time using the "Restore Purchases" feature.

Third-Party Data Sharing

The App does not use any third-party services such as advertising networks or analytics tools. Your information is never provided to, sold to, or shared with third parties.

Your Rights

For EU/EEA Residents (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right to access your personal data
• Right to rectify your personal data
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to data portability

Since the App does not collect personal data, there is no data subject to these rights. You can delete your prompt data at any time by removing the app or through your iCloud settings.

For California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

While the App does not meet the threshold requirements for businesses subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), we respect the privacy of California residents and acknowledge the following rights:

• Right to know what personal information is collected
• Right to request deletion of personal information
• Right to opt-out of the sale of personal information

The App does not collect or sell personal information.

Do Not Track

Since the App does not track user behavior in any way, Do Not Track signals from browsers or operating systems are not applicable. The App does not engage in any form of tracking.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. The App does not intentionally collect personal data from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as necessary. Significant changes will be communicated on this page.

Disclaimer

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• The App is a tool designed to help manage AI prompts. You are solely responsible for the content of your saved prompts.
• The App makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, appropriateness, or legality of prompt content.
• The Developer shall not be liable for any damages (including direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages) arising from the use or inability to use the App.
• The Developer is not responsible for iCloud sync delays or data inconsistencies. We recommend backing up important prompts separately.
• The Developer shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from prompts copied or used through the App.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
